Datacenter movement caused data loss...

Posted by Kenny Moens (SAB94K) @ 07/08/2003

The datacenter our webserver is located at was unreliable, therefore our server admins decided to move to server to another datacenter. This update was performed on August 5th at 0:00 CET. Our website always was available, but you accessed the old datacenter, since the DNS needs to be updated...

Once the DNS was updated you were on the new datacenter which contained the data from August 5th... And not from that day.

Due these facts several data got lost, I'm terribly sorry that I didn't announce this, it just got out of my mind.

All PIREPs you submitted in this period should be submitted again and will be validated again also!

So, please check your logbook to see which flights are not logged, start HomeFLY and send the pireps for those flights again!

Once again... SORRY!
